Previous Programmes

We have collected as much information as possible about the Film Society's screenings in past years and placed it here on our website in the hope it might be of use to visitors. The information comes from programmes in our archives and those held by the Macmillan Brown Library, Christchurch City Library and Canterbury Museum. Currently we are sorely lacking in programme details for the first decade of the Society's existance. If you can offer further information about the Society's history, or have any Film Society documents that we could examine, please contact us.

We have recently deleted many old images to save space on the server and haven't yet updated the old pages, so you may find some gaps where pictures used to be.
