Konec agenta W4C prostrednictvím psa pana Foustky - END OF AGENT W4C
Director: Václav Vorlícek, Czechoslovakia, 1967, 87 min, 16mm Back in the days of the cold war every country had to have its own super spy, and agent W4C was Czechoslovakia's. A normal guy caught up in a very abnormal business he needs all his wits and lightening fast reactions to stay alive in this zany comedy. This cult treat is known for it's attractive B/W cinematography and its ability to still be able to raise a laugh 36 years later. Set in Paris but filmed in Prague, there's lots of rough and tumble situations including chases, fights, dunkings and similar tough sport. Who ever said it was easy being a spy? The message I am trying to get across is that life on earth would be so much easier if all the espionage gadgetry invented by one side against the other and in fact all systems of the kind were done away with. Vaclav Vorlicek, Ceskoslovensky Film.
